Basic Culinary Arts
The 10 Days Basic Culinary Arts Course is designed to provide participants with appropriate and essential skills, knowledge, attitude and behavior in performing the job as Chef or Cook. After completion of the course the participants must be able to identify culinary terms; define cooking procedures and techniques; implement proper usage and care of kitchen tools and operating equipment; acquire skills and principles underlying stocks, soups, sauces, compound butter, meat, fish and vegetable operations; apply guidelines on proper food storage and safety and observe and develop desirable work habits and attitudes.
Advance Culinary Arts
The 10 Days Advance Culinary Arts Course is designed to provide participants with appropriate and essential skills, knowledge, attitude and behavior in performing the job as Chef or Cook. After completion of the course the participants must be able to identify culinary terms; define cooking procedures and techniques; implement proper usage and care of kitchen tools and operating equipment; acquire skills and principles underlying stocks, soups, sauces, compound butter, meat, fish and vegetable operations; apply guidelines on proper food storage and safety and observe and develop desirable work habits and attitudes.
Bartendering Program
The 250 Hours Bartendering Course is designed to provide participants with appropriate and essential skills, knowledge, attitude and behavior in performing the job as full-time Bartender. A bartender prepares bar for operations, serve guest and close the bar for the next day operations.
Housekeeping Course
The 400 Hours Housekeeping Course is designed to provide participants with appropriate and essential skills, knowledge, attitude and behavior in performing the job as full-time Room/Cabin Attendant, Houseman, Public Area Attendant, Utilityman, Valet Runner, Butler, Washer, Dry Cleaner and Ironer.
Food and Beverage Service Attendant (Waitering)
The 300 Hours Food and Beverage Service Attendant (Waitering) Course is designed to provide participants with appropriate and essential skills, knowledge, attitude and behavior in performing the job as full-time Food and Beverage Service Attendant (Waiter). A waiter prepares tables, takes order from guest, serve them and clean the table afterwards.
